It is easy to comfort our sweet tooth, as stores all over Kingston are trying to tempt us with their sales.
“Chocolate is very high in calories, fat and sugar, and if consumed excessively is a risk factor for obesity, which then of course increases the risk of diabetes and heart failure,” said Kane Nicholls, a personal trainer from Kingston.
"Fruits and certain protein bars are the best possible alternatives out there," he further added.
