“I feel like I can help different people: people who doesn’t know anything about exercising properly, has a disability etc.,” Armstrong said. “I know the health benefits and I want to help people to be more active.”
“I have used my skills to train others, my friends for example. If people wanted to work out on their own I would set up a plan. But I prefer to work out with them, so I can give them general advice and guidance. I don’t want beginners to injure themselves, and I want to make sure they target the right muscles.”
